refunds

as I am operating a small shop, I am unable to offer refunds in relation to other countries shipping mistakes or loss, or any incorrect information provided to me during checkout. refunds cannot be given to orders without the tracked shipping option.

if there is a mistake with your order however, do get in touch & I will be happy to replace or refund your purchase.

shipping

I aim to ship orders between once or twice a week. I hand print to order, pack and write shipping info by hand, with love, therefore it can take up to 5 working days for me to get your order on it's way to you! ♥ 

international orders may encounter delays of 1-2 months due to variables in shipping time. 

please note: if you do not see your country in the shipping option, please contact me and i can see whether i'm able to ship there! 

packaging

orders are packed using recyclable printed tissue to protect prints and products. and packaged in a cardboard backed envelope.
